iBowl Online currently ships Australia wide and selected international countries. IBowl Online uses Australia Post & TOLL Ipec to provide shipping. The actual shipping charge includes all shipping & (if applicable) handling fees. International & US orders are responsible for any custom charges. These charges are not monitored or influenced by IBowl Online, nor do we have any control over them. Please contact us first if you are ordering from overseas. Our packages are insured for damages/thefts. Signature is REQUIRED by our shipping company as a proof of receiving the package.

IBowl Online does not manufacture most/all of the products on our website. However, we do our best to offer the most acknowledged and respected products in the business. Most of our products come with standard 1-year limited manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. We encourage our customers to contact the manufacturer directly for any repairs/service works. We will even assist you in reaching the selected manufacturer. Warranty is VOID if the product has been abused, mishandled, dropped/shocked, or shipped by the customer without proper packaging. Please follow manufacturer instructions for product installation.
